How does the Resume Writing process work?

Once you've decided you want to work with us, you can schedule your consultation online through the calendar. If you have an existing resume you’d like us to take a look at, you will be able to submit that via email.

After your initial consultation, you'll receive a contract and invoice with due dates attached. Work on your resume begins when you return the signed contract. You'll be notified when your documents are complete. After payment is remitted in full, you'll get a word doc and pdf of your completed resume.

Why can’t I just email you an old resume and get a new one back?

Our approach ensures that you will stand out for all the right reasons. This is why our process includes a thorough consultation and follow-up ensuring that your completed resume helps you put your best foot forward.

Do we have to meet face to face?

No, phone conferences are available.

When is payment due?

Payment is due prior to the start of your coaching session and before any completed documents (i.e. resumes and cover letters) are received.

How do I submit payment?

Payment is accepted online via credit card or invoice.
